Some practical information about our campsite
Reception opening hours
Opening hours:
- Low season: weekends from 8.30am to 10.30am and from 4pm to 6pm
- High season: daily from 8am to 1pm and from 4pm to 9pm

Arrival & Departure
On arrival, please report to reception.
In high season (July and August):
Pitches and rentals are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
The rental week (for pods and furnished tents) starts at 4pm on Saturday and ends at 11am on the following Saturday.
Low season (May, June and September):
The 3-night long weekend starts on Friday at 4pm and ends on Monday at 10:30am.
The 4-night half-week begins on Monday at 4pm and ends on Friday at 10:30am.
Non-smoking buildings & accommodation
Smoking is not permitted inside any of the campsite’s communal buildings, nor in any of the accommodation (pods and tents).
Smokers are asked to smoke outside and never to throw their cigarette butts into nature.
Fire hazard
Barbecues, fires and candles are forbidden on pitches due to the risk of fire.
A communal barbecue is available to all campers, along with tables and benches for safe grilling.
Pets
Pets are allowed on the campsite for campers on our pitches, but are not allowed in our accommodation (fully-equipped tents and the Pod).
Noise pollution
Apart from the evenings organized by the campsite (rare, between 2 and 4 per summer) we ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the campsite. To ensure a peaceful stay for all our guests, we ask everyone to stop making noise after 11pm.
Cleanliness & waste management
To avoid attracting unwanted animals, we invite all our campers to keep their food in well-sealed boxes and not to leave garbage cans lying around on the ground.
Recycling, compost, glass and garbage bins are available in the picnic/barbecue area.

Reservation
You can book online via the Resabooking platform, by telephone on 06 65 58 79 44or by e-mail at camping.loutreillat@gmail.com
Once you have booked, we will send you a quote. Once accepted, we ask you to pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay. The reservation will be activated on receipt of the deposit.
For stays of more than 7 nights, payment can be made in 2, 3 or 4 instalments. The final payment must be made one month before your arrival.
Payment
We accept payment by credit card, vacation vouchers, e-vouchers, cheques or cash.
Please note that there are no ATM in the village !
Cancellation policy
– 12 weeks before check-in, the deposit remains due.
– 4 weeks before check-in, the full amount is due.
– If we are obliged to cancel your booking, we will reimburse you in full.
– When booking online, you can opt for cancellation insurance.
